Returns & Exchanges

At M.M.LaFleur, we want you to feel confident and polished in your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location listed on your return label; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
